Hannes and Stefan Kaserer are our chefs and their cooking is natural, fresh and healthy.
We mainly use local foods at the Stockenbaum Alpine Inn: From the products of our own farm and herbs we've grown ourselves, to local wild game and foods from regional partners we know personally - everything has been awarded the AMA seal of quality. The menu includes traditional delicacies as well as creative dishes from around the world.
For our à la carte guests we recommend making a table reservation by phone.
A good day starts with a healthy breakfast. At the buffet we serve vegetables, delicious ham, sausage and cheese specialties, eggs from happy chickens, home-made spreads and jams, crunchy muesli and cereals, yoghurt and crisp fruit, along with home-baked bread and pastries. Start fresh and energised for an eventful day.
All dishes are prepared with great attention to detail, with an eye for their visual appeal. So every menu becomes a very special experience for all the senses. Fittingly, we offer a fine selection of Austrian wines and fine spirits from the region.
